Caitlin Ryan

Caitlin heads up Facebook’s Creative Shop across the EMEA region. She runs a multi-award winning and diverse group of creative directors, planners, producers and entrepreneurs who collaborate with the industry to build inspiring and provocative work across Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and Oculus.

Over the past several years, Caitlin has had the opportunity to work across the smallest and biggest, most dynamic and disruptive brands around the world; exploring the boundaries of great creative that builds meaningful connections between people and business. Originally from Australia, she became ECD of Proximity BBDO in 2001. Under her Creative Directorship and leadership the agency was regularly named as one of the most awarded digital agencies in the world.

In 2013 she joined independent ad agency Karmarama to become the Group Executive Creative Director, with the task of creating an integrated advertising community, capable of delivering media-neutral ideas for their clients. In 2016 she became the ECD of Cheil UK to head their Integrated creative community with a focus on how brands utilize emerging technologies.

Caitlin is passionate about doing the right thing by consumers and creating brand experiences that start with consumers lives not a media channel. She has sat on, spoke at or was foreman for juries at Cannes Lions, D&AD, Eurobest, Creative Circle, LIA's, DMA's, Drum and Campaign.

She is a member of WACL and speaks regularly on behalf of the industry, particularly on the subject of helping more women stay and thrive in the UK creative industries. She also owns three of London's most popular independent cafés: Lantana in Fitzrovia, Shoreditch and London Bridge.

Nick Law

Nick is one of the most progressive and versatile creative leaders. He drives a unified creative vision, while fostering dynamic and diverse cultures, across all of Publicis Groupe’s creative brands. Nick is responsible for leading Publicis Groupe’s creative vision and is a member of the executive committee.

Previously, Nick led R/GA’s strategic and creative vision, working with clients including Nike, Samsung, Johnson & Johnson, and Google. Nick helped build R/GA from a 100-person web design agency, to 2,000 people across 18 offices, with a world-class reputation.

During his tenure, R/GA was awarded five Cannes Lion Grand Prix, one D&AD black pencil, 20 AICP show entries in MOMA’s permanent collection, one Emmy, and a number of AOTY titles, including Adweek’s Digital Agency of the Decade.

Daniel Padgett is a Design Lead for Google Search and Assist. He leads a group of interaction designers creating core features and connected user journeys for Assistant across surfaces. He's also on point for Google's Conversation Design discipline, spearheading internal and external programs geared toward establishing best practices, educating new practitioners, and coordinating outreach. Daniel has roughly twenty years of experience creating solutions that leverage language technologies, including speech recognition, natural language understanding, and speech synthesis.

Francesco Pantaleone (Palermo 1972), si forma all’Accademia di Belle Arti di Urbino e di
Granada. Trasferitosi a Roma tra il 1996 ed il 1999 entra in contatto con artisti e collezionisti
internazionali, successivamente matura esperienze presso la Gagosian Gallery di New York e
presso Christie’s.
Nel 2003 apre la propria galleria d’arte contemporanea a Palermo, dal 2012 al 2015 la galleria ha
una project space a Milano nel quartiere di Brera in via Formentini.
Dal 2012 è docente di Economia e Mercato dell'arte presso l’Accademia di Belle Arti di Palermo e
visiting professor per il Master in Art, law and economy da Christie's Education a Londra, ha svolto
consulenze per l’arte contemporanea presso il dipartimento design della Facoltà di Architettura di
Palermo, per il comune di Palermo, è nel comitato d’onore di Manifesta12 e attualmente
consulente per l’arte contemporanea per SISAL.
Nel 2017 ha aperto una sede della galleria Francesco Pantaleone a Milano nel quartiere di Porta
Romana.

Loredana Longo nasce a Catania, vive e lavora a Milano. Diplomata in Pittura
all’Accademia di Belle Arti di Catania, prosegue il suo percorso seguendo un concetto da

Humans is his first proper book, and will be released in Italy on October 25.

Steye Hallema

Steye Hallema is a seasoned digital storyteller/director. Having a background in computer animation,
music, theatre and tech gives him the ability to combine the many different disciplines that creating
a compelling Smartphone Orchestra Piece needs. Steye has proven to bring imaginative ideas to life
within the highest standards of quality. Both in pushy commercial environments as in demanding
artistic contexts. Steye always goes beyond the gimmick of a technology and has shown to propel
storytelling in every piece he made.
Steye worked as a creative at the critically acclaimed multimedia theatre group PIPS:Lab and was
creative lead at the Medialab from Dutch broadcaster the VPRO. He created the world’s first 360º
Music video in 2009. His masterpiece VR music video What do we care4 was nominated for a UK
music award in 2015 and is a worldwide hit amongst virtual reality early adopters. His latest VR
collaboration Ashes to Ashes won gold at the Dutch VR Awards. Weltatem -a Virtual Reality Opera
game- for which Steye directed the VR experience won two Dutch Game Awards. Steye works as
creative director for his own company WildVreemd and works as freelance director for Jaunt VR.

Philip Abussi, Mokamusic co-Founder and Head of Music, is a French-Italian composer and
music consultant who operates in Advertising, Cinema, Fashion and Art and Big Events. Born in 1979 near
Paris he spent most part of his life in Rome where he started his professional career. Currently based in
Milan he works on a global scale producing and licensing different types of music (from Classical to
Electronic). In collaboration with Mokamusic - One-Stop Music Company, founded by him with his
professional and life partner Anita Falcetta, he is carrying out a research about the impact of Music on
people’s mind and on the Marketing and Communication System of Brands.
He was recently chosen by the exclusive Italian Brand Calé Fragranze D'Autore (Artistic Perfumery)
to take part in the multi-sensorial project "Stories with an accent...on the perfume". He translated the
olfactory narration into music composing 11 original tracks (produced by Mokamusic) with the aim to
tell the Stories of the 11 Calé's Fragrances. An original olfactory and musical journey presented on
the occasion of the 10th Edition of Esxence – Scent of Excellence, MDW 2018, MIPEL 2018, PITTI
Fragranze 2018 and TFWA Cannes 2018.
In 2012 he was noticed by BMW Germany who selected one of his songs for the worldwide all
media campaign BMW 3 Series Touring F31. The song titled La Lumière du Vent gained interest
from a wide range of audience in different markets. In 2016 he became part of Warner Music Italy’s
emerging artists with two songs created for the App Miu Miusic of Prada, and he participated at IF!
Italians Festival 2016 where he talked about the power of music vibrations on the human

Brand Advisor and Business Identity Consultant, Gaetano Grizzanti is the point of reference in Italy for the culture of branding. Expert in the difference between a brand name and a brand, university lecturer since 1987 and guest speaker at conventions for this sector, Grizzanti has revolutionised

technical paradigms on the approach to branding, contributing to the concept of modern Brand Identity. In 2011 he wrote his first book on Brand Identity in Italy, published by Fausto Pupetti, called “Brand Identikit – How to turn a name into a brand”, today a best seller and in its fourth edition.

He is managing director of the Italian online magazine www.brand-identikit.it.

In 1986 he launched Univisual, a Milan company specialised in brand strategy and in the design of identity concepts, working for Italian and international brands, such as ABI-Bancomat, Banca Popolare di Milano, Bauli, Bayer, Casa Modena, Cassa di Risparmio di Asti, Cattolica Assicurazioni, Comune di Milano, Grandi Navi Veloci, Imetec, Mondadori, Pampers, Perini navi, Salmoiraghi & Viganò, Telecom Italia and UniCredit. Univisual’s projects have been mentioned in various international publications and have won prizes at the major award shows, such as Grand Prix Brand Identity, ADC Gold Award, Targa d’Oro, Mediastars, Premio Agorà, MediaKey, as well as a Nomination at Compasso d’Oro.

Matteo Ordanini

Matteo Ordanini graduated in Conservation Science at Milan’s Università degli Studi.

He has popularised art at the National Museum of Science and Technology in  Milan and today coordinates research and training on the themes of Industry 4.0, Internet of Things and Digital Transformation forTheFabLab. He lectures on technologies and digital applications for the degree course in Design at NABA and remains a passionate proponent of technology and innovation.

Giulia De Martini

Giulia de Martini graduated in Physics and has a Master’s degree in Communication of Science. During her time at the National Museum of Science and Technology in Milan she pursued research studies on museum attendance and developed educational projects for various target groups. Following a ten-year stint in clinical research, she founded SPARK Art&Science, in order to study the relationship between technology. science, art and society. Today she works at TheFabLab, where she is in charge of research and development, harmonizing management, creativity and curiosity.

Giorgio Testi

Born and raised in Rome, and a graduate of Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia, he has built
an international career directing live films with a distinctive cinematic approach. Nominated for a
Grammy for his work with the Blur in “No distance left to run/live at Hyde Park” in the course of
his career he has worked with some of the most influential band and artists on the planet: the
Rolling Stones, The Killers, Oasis, Gorillaz, Pixies, Amy Winehouse, Adele and Elton John.
Giorgio Testi worked as well with some of the most iconic global brands such as Adidas, Armani,
Versace, Pinko, Nike, Budweiser, Peroni, Pepsi, Red Bull, Jack Daniels, Sony, Converse and T-
Mobile.
